Itinerary Persian Taste (Iran Culinary Tour)

Persian Taste

Tour the Persian land while tasting and learning the most delicious foods found on the planet.

Day 1 Arrival in Tehran- visit Iran Archeological museum, Carpet museum or alternatively Jewelry museum

Day 2 Drive to Yazd – visit Masjed Jame and AmirChakhmagh complex as well as water museum – In the evening, get ready to attend your first cooking class, participate in preparing the meal you are going to eat. Learn how to make an Iranian stew.

Day 3 Yazd – Visit the most important Zoroastrian Temple in Yazd, and then head toward the tower of silence – In the evening participate in preparing another Persian meal. Learn how to make an Iranian stew and rice.

Day 4 Drive to Shiraz – un route visit Pasargadae  (the tomb of Cyrus the great) – in the afternoon visit Shahcheragh shrine and then get ready to enjoy a new Iranian dinner. Enjoy the meal you have prepared.

Day 5 Shiraz – In the morning visit Hafez Tomb – Eram garden– in the afternoon, visit Vakil complex and the bazaar, take your time strolling in the old caravansary, enjoy different works of art including enamels, inlaids, carvings, wood works,etc.

Day 6 Shiraz – Drive to the most glorious Persian monument, Persepolis, and then visit the tomb of Achaemenian emperors – afternoon is at leisure. In the evening enjoy another culinary training, be the chef assistant. Learn the recipe for some Shirazi cuisine. Enjoy the meal.

Day 7 Isfahan – visit amazing Imam square – one of the world heritage sites in Iran with exquisite tilework of Shikh Lotfolah, amazing features of Imam Mosque, and impressive paintings at AliQapou Palace- Enjoy the famous specialty of Isfahan Beryani.

Day 8 Isfahan – Gaze at the visit shaking towers – Chehel sotoun palace – spend time along Isfahan famous bridges and sip some tea beside Si o se Pol Bridge or Khajou Bridge

Day 9 Isfahan – Enjoy the Armenian quarter – Vank cathedral – drive to Abyaneh in the afternoon. Get familiar with village old culture and traditions preserved through generations in the middle of mountains. Enjoy the traditional cuisines prepared by locals and learn the recipe.

Day 10 In the morning, hang around Abyaneh village and enjoy the atmosphere. Then drive to Kashan and visit Tabatabee house and fin bathroom. In the evening get ready for last cooking class. Participate in preparing the dinner. Enjoy your Persian meal.

Day 11 Transfer to the airport to fly home with a load of memories from tours and tastes in the Persian land.
