Some banks have one or two branch open in each city and these are usually the main branches where money exchange is possible. So even during the first 5 or 6 days you can find some branches open for a few hours in the morning; usually from 9 - 12. But the banks and money exchange offices along with many other state offices and companies are open from March 26 to March 31 despite the holidays.
