Day 1 Arrival in Tehran- Transfer
Walk through centuries of civilization starting from prehistoric era to the more recent post Islamic period in the Iran Archeological museum. Later, visit the famous Golestan Palace recalling the last years of monarchy in Iran. Walk through the busiest bazaar in Iran; Tehran grand bazaar.
Day 2 Ardabil
In the morning, fly to Ardabil. Start visiting the city after stocking your luggage and having breakfast. Visit the picturesque tomb of Sufi Sheikh Safi Ardabil and getting acquitted with the Sufism cult and their beliefs. Later, Visit city of Sarein which is well known for its Spas. Take your time in the city.
Day3 Tabriz
In the morning, drive to Tabriz and start visiting the city right away; visiting Impressive Tomb of Shahriar, exotic bazaar of Tabriz, Masjed Jameh and Kabood Mosque. Later explore the collections of Azerbaijan and Constitution Revolution museums.
Day 4 Kandovan
After breakfast, drive to Kandovan via scenic mountains roads and enjoy the scenery.
Visit Kandovan Volcanic village, dwellings carved into hard mountain rock which look like caves created by man to adapt to the harsh climate; spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Tabriz
Day 5 Jolfa - Urumiah
After breakfast, drive to Jolfa district to discover the renowned Qara Klisa and the beautiful scenery. In the afternoon set off to Urumiah Lake. After visiting the lake, continue visiting the famous churches in the city and stay overnight.
Day 6 Takab - Zanjan
Early in the morning, set off to Takab. Enjoy eating breakfast en route. Arrive at one of the world heritage sites; Takht-e Soleiman. After visiting, continue your trip to Zanjan. Stay overnight.
Day 7 Zanjan
After breakfast, visit another world heritage site; the famous and impressive dome of Soltanlyeh. Later continue your trip to see the Katalekhar caves. Drive to Tehran. Stay overnight
Day 8 Tehran
This is the departure day. You will have time at leisure before getting transferred to the airport.
