Dizin ski resort: the largest and most important piste in the Middle East is located about 123 km from the capital Tehran which is less than 2 hour drive to the north-east at foot of Mount Damavand. Dizin slope is more than 3600 meters (11800 feet) high in some parts; higher than many European ski resorts.

Access: The distance is 123 km through Chaloos road and 71 km through Shemshak road. Taxis are available for about 35 $.
